I liked this book but thought it a little too superficial and silly. I love teen chicklit even though I’m in my 20s but found this book a little too ridiculous. I admire Conrad’s other work. Does anyone know if she wrote this herself or used a ghostwriter?

I bought this book on Saturday and it took me about a day to read! Was suprised at just how much I enjoyed it to be honest. Much better than expected and really cannot wait to find out what happens in the next one.

Thanks so much for your review! I’ve often been heard, “OMG, Adie-you’re just like LC on the Hills!” Now, I’ve never seen the show, so who knows what this means! I’ve planned fashion shows for Saks Fifth Avenue and the likes of Badgley Mischka, and I wear a cute little headset and tell long, lanky model creatures where to go during various fashion weeks and shows, but I’m still clueless to the similarities. Now that I’ve found your brilliant website, I’ll be picking this little gem up at B&N today.
